West Bridgford Chess Club is a friendly local club meeting at the Wolds public house on Monday nights, welcoming players of all age and ability.
This season we are running 4 teams in the Nottinghamshire Leagues (four-a-side matches), with games starting at 7.30pm.
Non-league social players of all age and ability from beginner to Grandmaster are welcomed to play from 7.20PM on Monday nights. We would a natural home for any NTU University students living or studying in West Bridgford or Clifton, as the club is just a short distance on Loughborough Road (and on major bus routes).
We also run Junior sessions. These take place on Mondays from September, from around 6.15 to 7.15pm: if your child might be interested in this, please contact us, or else just come along and check it out.
